Brick Breaker is the classic bat-and-ball arcade game that Atari made famous in 1976 and every platform since has reimagined. A paddle slides along the bottom, a ball bounces around the playfield, and a wall of coloured bricks waits to be smashed. Every brick you break scores points; every brick the ball slips past is one step closer to a lost life. This version layers in six hand-crafted levels, power-up drops, multi-hit bricks, and a trail effect that makes the action feel fast and juicy.
Move the paddle left and right with the mouse or arrow keys to keep the ball in play and bounce it into the brick wall. Break every brick on the level to advance. Some bricks take two hits to destroy, and glowing bricks drop power-ups when broken — catch them with the paddle to widen it, multiply the ball, or slow the pace. If the ball falls past your paddle, you lose a life. Lose all your lives and the run is over, so keep the ball in play and chase the power-ups that make clearing the level easier.
Six hand-designed levels, each with a different brick layout and rhythm. Clear them all and the difficulty curve keeps climbing with the ball speed.
Three main drops appear: a wider paddle, an extra ball, and a slow-motion effect. Extra balls are the most valuable — every additional ball is another chance to hit bricks before you lose one.
