About Trivia Quiz

Trivia Quiz is a lightning-round general knowledge game with a deep question bank: one hundred hand-written multiple-choice questions across Science, History, Geography, Entertainment, and General Knowledge. Pick a single category to flex a specialty, or hit Random Mix for ten questions drawn from all five. Every question carries a short did-you-know fact that appears after you answer, so even the questions you miss teach you something. The scoring keeps you coming back: answer fast for a time bonus, and three correct answers in a row ignite a streak multiplier. Finish with a rating from Novice to Master, with separate high scores kept for every category.

How to Play Trivia Quiz

Choose one of the five categories from the menu, or press Random Mix for a ten-question blend. Each question shows four answers; read them carefully and click your choice. A 15-second bar counts down on every question, and the faster you answer correctly, the bigger the time bonus on top of the base 10 points. Correct answers build a streak, and from three in a row onward each one earns bonus points that keep growing; a wrong answer or an expired timer resets the streak to zero. After every answer a fact box explains the topic before the next question slides in. When the ten questions end, your accuracy decides your rating: 80 per cent or better earns Master.

Tips & Strategies

Answer the questions you know instantly and save your thinking time for the hard ones, since speed on easy questions funds the bonus.
Eliminate answers one by one, because a fifty-fifty guess beats a blind one every single time.
Protect your streak: from three correct in a row the bonus climbs fast, and one careless guess resets it all.
Treat the timer as a nudge, not a panic button; a considered answer in the final second scores more than a wild early click.
Play Random Mix when chasing the Master rating, since the variety keeps your brain switching context and sharpens recall.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is my score calculated?

Every correct answer earns 10 base points plus up to 5 speed-bonus points. Once your streak reaches three, an extra streak bonus kicks in and grows with each further correct answer. Wrong answers and timeouts score nothing and reset the streak.

How many questions are in the game?

One hundred hand-written questions in total, twenty in each of five categories: Science, History, Geography, Entertainment, and General Knowledge. Every round draws ten of them, shuffled, so no two games play out the same way.

What do the end-of-round ratings mean?

Your rating is based on accuracy: under 50 per cent is Novice, 50 to 79 per cent is Expert, and 80 per cent or higher is Master. It appears on the results screen alongside your best streak and your category high score.
