Whack-a-Mole turns an arcade carnival favourite into a test of pure reflexes. Moles pop up from a row of holes, and your job is to whack them before they duck back down. It sounds simple until three moles appear at once, a golden mole flashes for bonus points, and a bomb mole punishes careless swings. With a combo multiplier that rewards streaks and a ticking clock, this version keeps the tension high from the first whack to the last.
Moles rise from their holes at random positions and stay up for only a short window. Click or tap a mole to whack it before it retreats. Standard moles are worth points, golden moles are worth a big bonus, and bomb moles end your combo — or cost a life — if you hit them. Whack several moles in quick succession to build a combo multiplier that makes every subsequent hit worth more. The game ends when the timer runs out, so prioritise speed and accuracy over wild clicking.
Every consecutive mole you whack without missing increases your combo, which multiplies the points of each hit. Miss a mole or hit a bomb and the multiplier resets to zero.
Bombs punish careless swings: they end your current combo, and in some modes they cost a life. They are deliberately placed to reward patience over panicked clicking.
