The information and games on Zapludo (the "Site") are provided for general entertainment purposes only. By using the Site you agree to this Disclaimer in full. If you disagree with any part of it, please do not use the Site.
1. Original games
Every game published on Zapludo is an original HTML5 implementation created and maintained in-house. We do not host, embed, mirror, or distribute third-party game files, and we do not reproduce copyrighted artwork, audio, or code from commercial titles. Where a game is inspired by a long-standing genre or a traditional public-domain game, it is our own code, art, and design.
2. Trademarks and third-party names
Any third-party product, brand, game, or company names that may appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used, where they appear at all, only for identification, comparison, or descriptive purposes. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the trademark owner. If you believe a game title or description infringes a right you hold, please contact us and we will review it promptly.
3. No warranties
The Site and its games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any game will meet your expectations. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zapludo and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any game on it — including loss of data such as locally stored high scores.
5. Advertising
The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisements are served by third-party networks and are clearly distinguishable from our own content. We do not control the advertisements shown and do not endorse the products or services advertised. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on advertising data.
6. External links
The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and following any external link is done at your own risk.
